My regular IDEA monthly bill comes to below 400 rs.
This included 1 gb from i-plan which i used upto may 25th 2016, when i changed to plan 249 plus online payment for internet booster packs.
but inspite of paying rs. 350/ more online -- and clearing last months bill ( which had enormous roaming internet bill for april 2016 during my 5 day visit to kashmir) -- of rs. 1831 . --- I got a bill for Rs. 3464 -- which...

I am using IDEA network mobile number and i have charged wrongly on monthly bill.
I have spoken to customer care service and bill dispute department and they are not responding properly and i have sent mail to appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but no response
I am requesting you to every on please take this issue on priority basis and resolve the complaint ASAP.....

RECHARGE UNSUCCESSFUL

i have recharged my no. [protected] with idea netseller voucher 2G worth Rs 202. through www.ideacellular.com site.
after payment i got the bill with SUCCESSFUL RECHARGE remarks, but when i checked my account it has activated.
It have been almost half an hour since i have done recharge.
My balance of Rs 202 has been deducted from my bank account. but recharge has not been activated yet.

I bought Nokia lumia 720 from a registered dealer on 17th June 2013. Behind the Phone box there was a offer which gives the user 2GB of 3G internet free for two months. I am using a idea number in my lumia 720. My internet pack is still not activated.
