I have been bitten by a stray dog yesterday i.e. 30 Dec 15 inside IIT campus. This is not first time someone has been bitten by a stray dog in campus. Since last 4 to 5 months such incidents have become very frequent. Head of security also circulated a notice, reference number 2015HSEC450 dated 18.090.2015, about the same. But I doubt any measures have been taken to remove such dogs.

Intruption of services
i am using the idea prepaid No [protected] since Aug 08.
the incoming/ outgoing calls were stopped on 22 jun09 for the want of resubmission of documents.
the documents were submitted by me at Idea outlet at Adhchini on 24 jun. Ref No received by SMS for the same was 79728871.
the service was started that time but again stopped on 28 jun.
i contacted the idea outlet at Adhchini and then idea helpline on 01 jul. i...
