Since one and a half month i am waiting for the replacement unit but not recieved yet.
Please look after my order....

I have generated a replacement warrenty on boat's imagine marketing by ticket no 1323693 which they allotted xpressbees as pickup for item awb no[protected]... The parcel was picked up by 29th july by the agent & i even have the receipt... But the shipment status is rpcancel... As they say imagine marketing has cancelled the item... How's this possible... That's not the way to treat the customers...
I will look to file complaint...

I have raised a complain(282087) on 22 May, 2019 regarding the battery issue that i was facing with boat rockerzz 255 (active black) which I purchased from amazon. the reverse pickup assistance was done and I gave back the complete packet of the earphones including the extra pair of buds and the charging cable.
