During this cut throat competion of all banks why this renowned bank is making this type of errors or say frauds. Imint is a fraud company which has tie-ups just to cheat the public. You can not use their website or contact their Customer Care executive. Customer Call Number[protected] will be busy, or divert and die or will be given a wait message and will be infinitely on hold. ICICI Bank has robbed the public by moving their reward points to imint....

I had redeemed around 1100 points from iMint for subscribing to "handamama" magazine. I had done this on 14th jan 2010. I have not received any magazine till date. I have called their customer care manytimes and they keep asking me for a weeks time. However nothing has materialised. I had even requested them to cancel my redemption and credit my points back.

I received an e-voucher from imint for Rs.200 for Bookmyshow.com under i-mint IQ offer.

The voucher was received through SMS on my mobile on 11th Mar.2010 stating that the said voucher can be redeemed for Rs.200 at bookmyshow.com

However, when I tried redeeming the voucher on 14th Mar.2010 on Bookmyshow.com, I was surprised to see that the voucher is BUY 1 GET 1 VOUCHER AND NOT Rs.200.00 DISCOUNT VOUCHER.br...

Hi,
I want to raise a complain against imint that whenever I call their Customer Care number in Hyderabad, they respond that currently our service is down, hence please call after 3 hours. This has happened in every attempt I have made (atleast 5) and then I would have to recall them after some time.

Also They sent my imint card after calling and loggin request 3 times to send the card. But now I am unable to register...

I redeemed my 750 points for a knife set. I received the knife set after several complaints & wasting money on STD customer care number. The Knife Set I recieved was of Cheap Quality. In Local market 1 can get the same set for Rs 50/- of much more better quality then what i Received....

I have been calling up Imint customer care for the last 6-8 months to get my imint card, but everytime they say that they will send the card in 3 days but they don't. What I believe from my present experience is Imintpoints is a total fraud company. They never send you your Imint card and whenever you try to call them their IVRS will say all our executives are busy which i hardly buy. I dont think they have any single customer care executives. Their IVRS will make you wait till you get fadeup with the wait and hang up yourself. They promised me to send their card by 15 days but almost 4 months have past...
