This is the way u treat customer's... Then u y r telling that to register with cinepolis u will get points its...

This is to bring to your notice that imint card related to my ICICI credit card despatched on 13th September 2010 from Express IT Courier has not been received sofar. The address are correct but there is no single call from the delivery person.
The details of the Airway Bill/Ref.No.[protected] despatched on 13.9.2010.
I expect immediate response on my request from your side. Kindly do...

I have a redeemed a product from my account on 03-June-08 (booked a redemption), however today i.e 08-Aug-08, I have not received any product, when I give a call to there helpdesk they say will get back to me, I followed up many times i got the same response, spoke to manager on the call and same response, these people playing with the inocent customer. There has to be some way where we can get some service

I have not recd any Imint Card from Imint end. I have repeateadly
informed to the customer care & they every time informed that it would be reached your residence withing 3 working days. But still I have not recd the same. I can't redeem my rewards points.
