Imoveasy collected my luggage from Bangalore and after 12 days it's not delivered to Gujarat. Even now not getting any response from their end....

I have booked imoveasy to shift my things from bangalore to namakkal which is 250kms far. The promised deliver time is 4days. Even after 15days, i didn't get my things. After so much escalation, they shipped it via bluedart. I got it in 2 days but few of my favourite and expensive clothings are missing.
