My name is Sachin Naik, i have efiled my ITR form on[protected] and e-verification accepted on[protected], but still refund is not initiated for the same.
my acknowledge Number - [protected], its been a more than 4 months now, my refund status is same as 4 months before.
i have called CPC many times they kept saying, server is busy.
Requesting you to please take necessary action to initiate the refund...

REGISTRATION OF PAN
After registration of my PAN for e-filing I have forgot my password & tried from every aspect to recover the same but failed. As a result I am unable to upload my return [F.Y[protected]] within due date. I have had a call with ASK,New Delhi .
