submitted the refund form on 28 jun 2011.
Place: jammu (j&k)
sir , I havnt got my refund of tds I.E around rs. 15 thousand plus of[protected] I.E submitted on 28 jun 2011.
I M working in pvt company for the last 2 and half year, in jammu (j&k)
my colleagues have already recieved their refunds but on other hand refund is not issued to me. 1 and half...

i have so many time remind it office at surendranagar for my refund of .year 2007-08 and at now i am in rajkot. so i have give application for transfer my all file of my pan AHYPK5851E BRIJESH N KHAKHI. IT OFFICE GOT THE LATTER FROM HIS MAIN OFFICE IN AHMEDABAD BUT OFFICER SAID THAT I CAN NOT FIND UR FILE TILL DATE FROM TWO YEARS I HAVE FILE MY IT RETURN FROM RAJKOT AND I GOT REFUND FOR BOTH YEARS...

With reference to the Receipt No. [protected]
dated 28th July 2009,
I have not yet been refunded the amount Rs.12, 756.00 + 1, 125.00 (Total: Rs.13, 881.00) for the assessment year 2009-10.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

i am dharamvir from delhi and my pan card number is ABEPY2456M i have applied for tds refund in the month of february 2011 for the financial year[protected] and the refund cheque has been made on 22 february2011 bearing speed post number EQ[protected]IN and posted through speed post at chanakyapuri delhi post office. i have confirmed from CHANAKYAPURI delhi post office and as per them they had delivered the same on 24 february 2011...

I would like to bring to your notice that my tax refund status for the assessment year 08-09 is shown as “Refund cheque returned undelivered by the postal department as address provided by you is incorrect” in the http://incometaxindia.gov.in/ site.
The address was a temporary address and now it has changed. The address given was one in Bangalore, where I had stayed during the time of filing. Now...

Income tax office ward 1 Hisar employee is harrasing people while receiving the ITR from people. He demands various documents with ITR while other ward in the same office is not demanding such documents. It seems that he wants to grab some amount from inocent people.The employee is handicapped and the other employee who supports him is Mr Sharma....

I (P.NARAYANA MURTHY) have submitted tax returns for the Assessment year[protected] and have to get refund of Rs.30, 000 (apprx). But till now nothing is credited to my bank account. I went to AAYAKAR BHAVAN, Hyderabad and contacted the respective person to process. Unfortunately, they are demanding Bribe to process the cheque. Please do the needfull ASAP.
