I have ordered a cosmetic product so many months ago
But i still didn't receive it.
I also mail you many times and the response was not satisfactory so please help me out.
It was mentioned that the order will take 90 days to be delivered but in actual it doesn't happen.
This is not the way to deal with customers.
So...

You people are seriously cheating customers or what. I have ordered on august, 2017 and yet to receive my order. If you seriously want to do this, why the hell you have to offer discounts. I have been waiting patiently to receive my order all these days. If you are really not interested in delivering my order, atleast provide me with the refund of rs.1130/- for which i ordered.

This is purely fraud marketing sight who is taking the advance payment and no deleivery of the products. I am going to put the case in consumer court regarding this firm.

I have ordered 3 items in aug 16th 2017. They say, the product is out of stock and later ask to raise refund. They are fraud and cheating people.
Now, they ask to raise refund, which will never happen. They are never going to refund money to buyers. These sites are real pain to customers.
We lose hope invest on online market by these sort of website. This has to be banned and should be put behind bars... #!!!...

Ics is such a fraud site. I have ordered few things on 14 th june 2017, till today i. E nov 15th i have not received it and raised a req for refund a month back no response and progress at all.
I hardly doubt is there any one who received products or refund through ics.
Bloody buggers they should get punished.. They are robbing lots of money from many like me.. How could people tolerate this kind of acts
