I'm a customer of this company since 2010(last five years).On completion of five years, they have a condition by which we can surrender the policy and get the payment proceeds available at the time of redemption.
I applied for the same about a month ago and still I have not got a satisfactory reply from their representatives regarding the status of my payment.
These very same people used to call and sms me repeatedly when my payment...

I obtained India First Money Back Health Insurance Policy Vide No. 10206181 during 2012 through Bank of Baroda, Yernagudem and since then I am paying my premiums regularly.
