I gave order to timtara.Com (online shop) a lava xolo mobile cost of 17499 rs fter discount on 17 th july after discount my order no or order ID is 10128695. &
I cancelled my order on 30 th july .. still there is no progress to refund amount.According to their mail & their policies should refund amount in 8 to 10 working days..
so many times I send mail & called .They DID not respond proper ,,, every time same answer...

I am C.Arunkumar, Assistant Professor(Sr),Department of IT, Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore. I ordered for a Samsung Galaxy Tab P3100 on 17.8.2012 in www.timtara.com for Rs.16871.The order id is 10309178.I asked them to cancel the order on 18.8.2012 by calling their customer care. They said it will be done in 48 hours.But they did not keep up their words.I had called them more than 15 times till today and also sent repeated mails...

I purchased a micro SD card of 4GB from the online shopping website (www.timtara.com) of the above mentioned company. On receiving the product i discovered that it was a micro SD card of 2GB instead of 4GB for which i actually placed the order and paid for. After conveying the same to the company, it sent a pick up and assured me that the product will be exchanged and sent to me within seven working days. It has been four months since then...
