Disconnection not implemented after repeated written requests

Dear Sir,

An IPTV connection was installed with my residence telephone number 25553666 on March 14, 2009. From the very beginning it was not working satisfactorily and despite many complaints to the ‘customer care’ people, neither was it put to working order nor did any technician visit my place to set right the fault despite assurance given to me each time I called. I was therefore, left with no alternative but...

Faulty Modem & Set-top Box & Network problem

I have got IPTV installed on 5th June 2009 but after installation, the signal was not coming properly. For the said problem, I lodged a complaint on 9th June 2009 vide their complaint no. D/090609/04 and since then I spoke to customer care 10-15 times, but as on date the complaint has not been resolved. Even the Supervisor of the Customer Care do not want to talk. Customer Care also refused to tell the name of their company head, etc. so...

NON INSTALLATION OF IPTV CONNECTION

iptv freezing problem

I have taken iptv connection on[protected] on my bsnl phone number[protected] the connection is not functioning propertly from the date of connection.Athough complains were lodge with iptv[protected] of there complain centre almost daily and also with bsnl call centre number 1500 without any response.No body bothered to attend complain.Hence from[protected] i and my family is with tv programme...

iptv is not working properly it is not initialising network since last two months and we are complaintning still no one is comming to chek it out...!!...
