I gave a software project to Mr. Abhishek and Kanchan, owner of IT Nucleus. They told me to develop my software within One month and they said that they will send the agreement copy and Bill of my software by post. They charged Rs.50000 for making software. They also made website for me which never works properly. Since last two months, I have been mailing and calling but they never reply.
They are not sending me Agreement...

Hi,
I gave a software project to Mr. Abhishek and Kanchan, owner of IT Nucleus. Dear Sir/Madam,
This company is in Sakarpur, Delhi.
But They are showing in company letter more address.
Company Timing is 10:00AM to 7:00PM is offer letter, but actual timing is 10:00AM to 9.00PM.
Their are no rule for leave.
I think this company is also not registered.
There infrastructure is so pathetic condition.
Please take action....
