Hello i apply for captche typing work and i registered and send a link to open and ask me to upload my signature and photos and after a minutes i receive a mail that i sign an agreement with itech without knowing and when i want to cancel they ask me to pay the penalties and i don't pay legal action will be taken.

So please help me is this real or scam...
