I had purchased a FLAT in ITTINA MAHAVIR in April 2008 and that became the biggest mistake of my life. These people are real crooks and they have not completed the project till date. Instead of showing a commitment to complete the project, ITTINA management strategy is to wait and see what the customer is doing. So many customers have gone to the court and have put up a criminal case against ITTINA but these people have yet not taken a lesson...

I have bought a flat in Ittina Mahavir project in April 2008. They told me that the flat will be ready by Nov 2008 but the flat is still not ready. I have send several reminders through mails and still no progress has been made....

We all are buyers of Ittina's two premium projects, Ittina Anu and Ittina Akkala and three months back we recieved a letter form KVB(Karur Vyshya Bank) that Ittina(& their sister entity Orchha) have mortgaged a set of 38 apartments in Anu and similar number in akkala and since they haven't mad ethe payment of more than 8 crs, Bank has the first right on the propperty...which is extremely shocking for all o[censored]s. I had booked a flat near hoodi circle, Whitefield(ittina Arni) in august 2006 and they had promised it will be ready by jan 2007. After the booking amount was paid there was no sign of they callim me for the loan to be processed. So when i checked with them they told they are yet to get certain legal sanctions and it may take a year or two. They told if i want to cancel the booking i can cancel. So i cancelled it in august 2007....
