I have brought a ivoomi me5 from flipkart.
It has lot of problem like sim insertion
Phone heat up quickly sometimes hang.
It's lcd broken and i have ordered it 20 days ago but no one can hear my problem at service centre. What shall i do now?
Very bad service of ivoomi i really hate it.
So please take a quick action for my problem. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum....

This ivoomi Indian phone containing a pre-installed malware in form of quick touch application. It may be reveal my privacy to some one...
It is not deleted by anyway, it also created fake icon like payments paytm application when click on it, open unknown site.
I purchased that it is Indian company, but its very disappointed experience to me...

Please. Justice for that...take action againt them....

Maine company ke service centre pe complaints kiya to pahle 15 din me aur ab 3 mahine intjar ki bat kah rhe hai. Company ke complaints no per koi phone nhi utha rha hai.
Aisa mobile lene ka kya fayda. Jab yah useless hi rahega .

He was supposed to come on 17 aug again got 1 postponement message and finally today got a message that the seller is unable to fulfill my request. I have a ivoomi m3 smartphone, i am pretty happy with that but from some of previous two or three days. I am noticing a big issue with that, when i trying the open the settings app it doesn't opening, but if i reboots the phone the settings app is opening. But after 3 or 4 minutes the app doesn't opening again. This thing giving much trouble to me. Please fix that issue with a ota update.

Sir i live in dehradun, i purchased an ivoomi mobile 10 months ago. It has heating issues and battery started swollen many time i call costumer care but nothing happend, later i call service center they said battery is unavailable now contact us after 4-5 days. When i contact them after 4 days they stop receiving my calls. Service centre is far from my house and most of the times their is unavailability of accessories....
