While receiving call network stop working and i am not able to complete that call. Heating like anything and when heating start then all process stop working and phone slow down. Not browsing perfectly as touch is also not working as phone hang. Most disgusting issue is network doesn't come and no one can call me even i also can't make them call at first attempt as need to restart phone before attempting call....

I did purchase mobile ivoomi iv 505 for amazon online shoping but in this phone i have issue bad experience in this phone but following given below

1 not clear voice in this phone in case problem in speaker but give the one year warranty in this phone.
2. Service center of ivoomi is not listening complain service centre ghaziabad. Name of service center — national watch and communication.

I had purchase ivoomi me 3s on 30/11/2017 through flipkart when i used it had having problem from first day. Automatically on and off, i[censored]se 2 minute continuous and battery heat up too much like burnt. I had call toll number of ivoomi company but always busy and never replied from that side. No service centre not available in agra city but address shows in internet if you search....

I bought ivoomi mobile from shopclues on the date of 25/08/2017. But its have a flickering display, and fp side key issue, i went to the service centre on the date of 25/09/2017, service centre taking in to consideration and registretred a job sheet date 27/09/2017 nad send to ivoomi customer care or company, from that on wards i did nt get any new display from company side of ivoomi, iam really frusted about particular issue about the company....

Same on the Shopclues and ivoomi mobile company. we ordered an Mobile Ivoomi 505 with order ID[protected] thru sopclues, we received the product on 25, as we received the Product we fount the Charger function is not working at all, so we make an complain to return the defective unit, but after one day no buddy came to get the parcel and once i call to shopclues they said Seller rejected the Return . we did not understand why shopclues selling...

My mobile is dead in two days..1year manufacture warrenty in this mobile but i gave for repair my mobile at jorhat ivoomi servicing center no.[protected].. But they return my mobile without repairing and they said that they had not got any information from ivoomi mobile company... So we wish to file a case against the company ivoomi... Servicing center received send you by photo......

I purchased online product ivoome mobile from shopclues but its not working from the starting. I have paid money but this product is useless for me i am trying to make a call but they do not listen anything this is fraud with consumer i am going to take leagal action for returning this product and other things.the problem is my phone is not starting when i try to swtich on this....

I have purchased ivoomi iv 505 received on 28/04/2017 with the price paid rs 3976 but it was not working then i tried to make many calls to the customer care no but no response. So i feel helpless and under mentally pressure. I feel it is fraud and i want justice for it as a compensation and price of my product with penalty.
