We had booked a flat in savannah kanjurmarg in 2015. We did not see any progress with the construction so we wanted to do the cancelleation and were asking for the refund. In dec 2015 builder collected 24 lacs as advance moneyand termed me investor instead of buyer and didnot execute any document instead only issued a letter narrating terms of investment which was only a recitation of booking a partivular proposed flat and hoe for delay interest will be paid, now one of the diector is in jail since 11th jan.
