Ít is been a very bad experience with jeeves regarding my vu tv defect.
I raised a complaint on 13th august 2020 and i got mail confirmation on 13th august 20 that my claim is registered.
After that i tried several times to get your customer care regarding technician visit but every time i got the same answer that technician will visit within 48 hours.
Finally after several requests one technician...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. delay in installation
I bought a wardrobe from flipkart which has to be installed on 21st oct 2019 but unfortunately, no whereabouts from jeeves about this till now despite many calls to their offices. The matter still remains uncertain. They are rescheduling the dates at their own ways by sending sms and as a customer this affects very badly on my routine schedules.
