June 2018 bill was 356 and unfortunately the flat was empty from june 2018 to aug 2018 and no bill is coming and new bill is generated in nov 2018 and bill is 10468. How it is possible and your representative chandan kumar came and behaved like cruelly and told that if bill will not pay in 2 days then i will cut your connection. This is brought to your kind attention that a huge electricity consumed unit of 10000units has been generated in july17 in the connection dpd0354 by jbvnl personal for 5months in rural domestic area.
