Transformer Burnt out in area WARD 15, CATSAIR TOWN, DEOGHAR, 4 days ago on 1st July 2014 but still no action was taken or even no complaint was filed upon by electricity department till now causing huge problems.

Please take action immediately as all residents of this ward are facing lot of problems in such rainy season !!

I am getting a very high excess electricity bill. I am using only about 7 or 8 unit per month, But bill is issued
fixed 288 unit per month. which is very costly for me. I have to inform you that my metre is perfectly running and giving the correct reading. Also want to say that nobody wants to give any information and receiving of the complaints in that office.
