I have done recharge through phone pay .and I done a wrong plan.i want to deactivate it and go for other plan.i have done 108.i thought it was 2gb/day and I done it .I came to know that other was only 2gb for 28days.so i want to go for the new plan of 149.i had activated it .and I want to deactivate my previous plan.kindly process my request and deactivate my plan and want to get back my money...

I want to inform you that i above said no port from idea to jio in july.in august last i got information from jio that i had pending bill rs. 561.89/- which due date was 12th sep 2019.

I had paid the bill on 11th sep. 2019. Receipt no[protected]. Dated[protected] account no.[protected]. Against this my phone ([protected]) got permanent deactivate. While i as using this no from last 15 yrs. For other it would...

I have recharged with rs. 309 and my balance from my atm has been deducted but when i see myjio app balance it show null. And if i call to any one they said that you doesn't recharged your jio number. Now what should i do i want my money back or you recharge my number again from your side. If this doesn't happen i will going suite a case again you and your jio infocom Ltd....
