I have done recharge my jio number [protected] 399₹ date-17/01/2019 the recharge through red bus application done the recharge is successful and amount transfer redbus to jio but recharge benefits not received my jio number the confirmation message and e - mail received by redbus.

What is problem recharge not done?

I am having jio mobil network connection. On 12th sep night at 7.50 pm, i have recharge of rs.2875 for international roaming for 7 days as per jio recharge plan and got confirmation that recharge of rs.2875 is successful for my jio number (Transaction id br0001n3zc4e).
