I got a message on my mobile to by this company for online data typing job, so i called them asked them about this and they told me the details of the job that i have to type 600 resumes for their client and they told me that for every correct resumes i'll get Rs5. so i agreed and gave them my mail address they sent me a contract which i later found was fake and absolutely has no use in law. i started to work for them but due to some reasons i couldn't complete the work so i asked them for miore time but didn't gave me the time and they started to threaten me with police and they told if i don't pay Rs5900 to them then they will file a complaint against me. so i gave them the money this is how i was crooked.
So i want my refund back pls help.

I got hired by a person named Ritu, she said clearly on the phone that I need to finish 540 minimum resumes out of 600, out of which if 540 whole are correct I'll get 15000 payment or ill be getting payment as per no. Of correct resumes each rs 25. Later kn she started ignoring calls and messages, didn't clear my doubts because of which I knew i'll be getting too many incorrect resumes but anyhow I completed 548 resumes in 7 days, though I could complete all but I trusted when she said only 540 is to be done. Now after I submitted whole one week I tried to reach her but I couldnt. Then suddenly I get a call and they say that i just have completed 548 not 600 so i need to pay them 5000 rupees penal charges and that Ritu has resigned. I completely disagreed with all of their arguments and I has literally day and night I sat and I completed that work. Not only my payment is on hault, plus they are threatening me with sending messages in Bold letters that you will have to pay 5000 or company will take legal action and you will have to pay 15k to 20k to surat court etc etc. I need my payment !!!

Mai family main hu mujhe bahot dar lag rha h ap please mere problem ka solution dijiye

Guys don't panic. I too got panicked when they threatened me with the documents. But let me be clear. It is a fake contract. If they tell you, they'll file a complaint, just tell them to do as they wish. Because that contract is fake. It is not even a proper legal contract. The contract they show us is null. Nobody needs to pay penalty or anything to them. They started threatening me with the contract. I had a copy of their contract with me, which I obtained from my account created by them. I found a lot of loop holes and mistakes in that contract. It is a contract that has got sections and schedules unrelated to the job which makes it null or invalid. We are in a country were lawyers debate on wrong commas in contracts. And such big mistakes means they don't even have minimum legal basics. That contract doesn't stand a chance. I mailed them saying their contract doesn't stand a chance and their sections are wrong. And if they wanna move forward, I advised them to show it to a real attorney so that they will understand that their contract is a mess created by some legal inexperienced writer who doesn't know much about law and order. Still they can't do anything as they are a fake company except threatening and blackmailing people for money which is a crime and could be a punishable offense as for 3 years. So if they threaten anybody, just don't pay any attention. They are using fear as a weapon against you. Be relived guys. That fake contract won't even cost you a cent.

They are threatening me to pay money as a penalty within a short period of 15 to 20 mins
I am so scared about it
I have blocked all their messages but sill I got different messages form different number
Soo please take action on that company

LETTER OF DEMAND

We are writing in reference to the contract with our clients Job Search Net. We are advising you to pay the charges of the portal which you have used intentionally and failed to deliver the output which was required in the contract. Now we can proceed legally as per the sec 72 under Indian contract act 1872. Kindly clear the dues towards our clients in the below account details and resolve this matter at the earliest to avoid law suit. Now, as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the legal agreement you are supposed to pay the charges of Rs 5000+GST applicable as soon as possible to the below mentioned account.

This will be your final opportunity to resolve the matter without the expense of court proceedings. If you fail to clear the matter then the company may take legal actions against you. For the same, we will be serving you the legal notice to your postal address against which you have to revert legally and we do have your Aadhar card & Pan Card details with us so, we can deteriorate your CIBIL rating as well in course of non-submission of your penalty amount. You can find lots of issues with your banking procedures also then. As soon as you will pay the amount you will get NOC (No objection certificate) from our company.

This company is fraud and i am student and applied for this job but they give a lot of work students cant complete the work in 7 days its 600 resume and it is not only resume but also give vehicle registration paper in between that . So i texted the person and asked him about that so he was like you should do what you get and then i just searched for this company in google and there were lot of complaint about them so i stopped this work

The job search net person was black mailing me iwas very depressed and iwas went to an suicide attempt but Icant because igot a wonderful family soo plss do any action against the company pls IWill beg you

They are Offering Data Entry Job (Work From Home Job) and Cheating by Providing Fake User Name and Password
Its not working.
And also they asking for Money.

This is totally a fraud company.. Plz don't pay single rupee to them...

When i started the work in mid of week i told them that i m not able to complete the full work due to some medical issues they replied its ok take ur time and continue the work after that in end of week they text me that i have to pay the amount of 5000+gst otherwise they start legal action against me .i denied to pay then they send me a mail that is for regarding salary i replies that took that amount as the penelty after that they text ne that they start legal action against me..

plz help me to resolve these kind of fraud .i will be thankful for ur kindness
