Don't buy any products from this site its only for cheating. Am the victim of this fraud site. I ordered a product worth rs.1590, i got the product with damages and its entirely different from the display. Its not worth more than rs.150 that much worst cloth quality. More than 10 days i spent my time for the exchange but still am with that stupid product. They will not give any manners to me when contact them for exchange. They are arguing...

The product is totally against the description. It says 'black embroidery silk semi stitched sales suit' but the dress came with fabric paint and material was no where compared to silk.

Jomso.com website show gold and share stones to customers. Truly fraud site and not worth it.. They have shown some good silk saris online and when we had bought them for around 3600 rupees they just delivered third class material. Moreover they commit to send money in form of cashback to be purchased on same website from which they have cheated the person already. What a fool they are making of people to extract money....

I ordered from jomso, thinking if not the product be of same quality would be little wearable, but to my shock the saree i ordered was of pathetic quality so i asked for refund, to which they clearly denied, and gave a credit note of rs.1590 where in i paid rs.1650 for the saree, they deducted the shipping charges even though it was their fault. The product which they have dilevered is totally different from what they show on their website. The design of the saree is totally different even the quality of the cloth and complete product is very cheap.

Today i received a saree vide order no [protected] dt 13.09.17 amounting rs 1790= by spreadsheets courier. I received d product by reading d outer tax invoice but as soon as i opened the sealed packet i found a cheaper quality different saree inside... Which was shocking... Immediately i dropped a mail in their mail box but no reply.

I ordered a saree of rs.1699in jomso.com on aug 7 2017. The product got delivered on july 15 2017, but the saree was of cheap quality. Worst quality i have ever seen, so i decided to return the product. As per jomso's terms and conditions, i return the product through proffessional courier on 18th aug 2017 paid the amount rs.250, also i sent a mail to jomso with the bank account details....

I ordered a saree of rs.1699 in jomso.com on 7th aug, 2017. The product got delivered on aug 15 2017. But the saree was so cheap in quality and worst product i have ever seen. So i returned the product as per jomso's terms and conditions through proffessional courier from ernakulam (Kochi) to surat, gujarat pay the amount rs 250 on aug 18 2017 also i sent a mail to jomso with the bank account details. The product reached jomso on 24 aug 2017....

I have received the product which is not same as displayed in website and have sent no. Of email to return the product but no response from your side. I have gone through your website that there is a policy of returning the product. Please let me know how should i return this product. For delivering the product/ to collect the money you will send the person but not to collect your product back is this your customer service and customer satisfaction....

The product displayed on site is classy (Worth rs. 1699) and the actual product sent is very cheap (Might not cost more than rs.150). I have returned the product immediately and they received it. I have asked for total refund as the product i received was totally wrong. But they refused to give me refund, instead a coupon for next time shopping. The quality of product is worst and no hope to get a better product as per other reviews too....
