Myself anagha potdar, we use gas geyser of jyoti gas appliances. A week ago complaint about gas geyser not burning for hot water. Their sinhgad road branch handiman came and check it. But didnt come with enough eqipments. That day he charged 200 rs. Service fee. And told will come again to repair but charge another 200 plus part repair another charge. I have complaint that we spend our whole day for waiting him, and he didnt gave complete...

I have purchased jyoti gas stove from jyoti gas appliances, old pune-mumbai highway, pimpri showroom on 24-oct-2017. At the time of purchase, it was made clear that we are using mngl. We were told that a small adjustment will be done after purchase by their technician and then there will be no problem.

I bought a Joyti Gas stove (4 burner glass top) 2 years ago. Price Rs.7500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred). The glass top cracked into many pieces within a year and a half! After complaining to the Agency all that we got to hear was they would be coming to see the damage...but no one came till another 5-6 months....Eventually when someone did arrive we got to hear that the Company does not have a glass top to replace as they have ceased...
