I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds....

I have ordered saree combo for 1048 Rs but received very cheap and damaged sarees. I called the customer care number provided but that number was already blocked and no calls are going in.

After that I sent email to support team and they requested for the image of sarees to review. It's been more than 10-15 days I have not received any update from the team and now thier website kaditulla.com shows as unavailable.

I have ordered combo sarees from kaditulla but received defective and very cheap quality sarees..for return they are not replying also. Please help me and do not buy anything from such fraud sites.....

The Sarees which we ordered are not at all as described, the quality is cheap and it is not pure Litchi Silk.
The quality is very bad and lead to skin allergy on my Grandmom hand just for holding it for a couple of minutes only.
I have Requested the customer care multiple times by mail for the returning process but they say they cannot do it and doesn't even reply me a couple of times.
They say they have Easy Return policy...

Waste clothes and waste sarees qulate is not good...

My order id is KT25491 of 2 combo saree . But it found very worst quality, in order to return it didn't show any process, how can I return this ?? Please help ....

Poor quality product...

There is no proper website to place return and phone no. Is not reachable ..
Totally got fooled .
Pls take this into concern and take immediate action...

I had ordered a saree combo worth of 1150rs which was of silk material. All they sent was daily wear saree not even worth of 250rs. Extremely cheap advertisement tactics to sell the product.
When asked to initiate refund all they did was discarding request saying the product matches the description. Very very poor service....

I have ordered 2 set but received only one set payed amount of rs 2247. Heyyy return my money of one set....

I recieved the parcel of saree on 11/1/2022 .
They had post pack of 2 sarees .i ordered 2sets = 4sarees .1set costs rs.1099 so totally rs.2200 for 2 sets . But in the bill they have mentioned rs. 2247 .
In the parcel only 1 set was there but they collected money for 2 sets .
So I ask the refund and pls take back the parcel of sarees or send other set of saree for the given money . I hope you will clear this problem...

Received sarees us cheap 100 rupees unlike ordered they, are fraud...

Product received is cheap quality sarees unlike shown in website and they ate not accepting return and refund or replacement...

They are selling the fake products. Completely waste quality. They showing gd in image. But in actual it was very very very cheap...

I have ordered a party ware ladies fancy sarees to my cousin. But received completely different product with waste quality. But they supporting team said we received same product. So, due to that will not accept return or replacement. Here concern is that It was not same the displayed image of product and delivered image of product is different. For that I have request to them show me the images of both but no response...

Online they showed different products but they send low quality...

The product was not good, the clothe is not worthy . I have to return the item let us tell the returning way...otherwise I go to consumer court ....

My mother ordered sarees from this website and these products were not the same products as ordered ones. These people are not accepting returns now....
