Order On Hold dont know reason

I was order one saree from your website on 7th of July one the same day itself i was paid full amount. My order No 103165. But still my parcel was not dispatched from Kalazone. whenever i called up to customer care. They asked me to give your contact no we will call u with in half an hour. Poor customer service. i dont know why they are refuse to send the ordered product. i am requesting you to either send my order or refund the amount. awaiting...

Not received the Order

I am Sireesha.P, I have made a purchase of worth Rs. 2300 on http://www.kalazone.in/ after viewing their TV Ad recently. I made this purchase on April 4th 2008. I made payment through paypal online and paid the entire amount at the time of purchase.

Look at what Kalazone.in has done. They have sent the order in VPP to my house address. Since the delivery was in VPP, they demanded the entire amount for the same goods again....
