Bus from Hyderabad to Mumbai broke down in the (Hyderabad)night, in the next day (40km before Pune) morning didn't start again ...
We have to arrange our own vehicles, no alternative provided.
Money not refunded..
Bus is already late by many hours before it reached broke down situation.

My mother get into the kaleswari travels bus on 28th april 2018. They have shifted her to 3 buses by leaving her in the midnight at some unknown place. The other bus came after 30 mins which is so risky and uncomfortable to her. I have booked a ticket fom bangalore to hyderabad which had starting time at bangalore tin factory at 9:30pm which was met and the drop time in hyderabad was 6:30. I am Lakshyata Shrivastava. I had travelled first time from Hyderabad to Pune on 5th Sept night.
I booked ticket from Diwakar travels, Hi-Tec City Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad and the bus is at 8:30 PM A/C Sleeper.
My seat no. was 12U and the fare was Rs. 1000.
This was my worst experience of travel via bus in my life.
