Hi, we purchased milk cake and diet Chiwda namkeen packets from Creme and Crisp store by Kaleva at Paschim Vihar ( A-5 block). The milk case started showing fungus within a day and there is foul bad oil smell in diet chiwda namkeen. I want concerned team to take strict action against this store which is affecting people's health as my wife is not keeping well since she had taken sweets and namkeen from yesterday. We went to the Kaleva sweet shop on Monday at 8 PM. We had order for Veg. Uthapam and one Deluxe Thali costing Rs.380/- .We paid the amount.

When we received the order after long wait, The quality of food was very poor and not tasty. There was hardly any rush in the shop. But lot of confusion among staff members. Virtually no coordination.Very very poor service.

we have bought kaleva namkeen "KHATTA MITTHA" packets from one CSD canteen on 22nd November, 2014. It shows date of manufacturing as "6 July, 2014" and "Best before 5 January, 2015" I opened the first packet to eat today - 26.11.2014 but its oil is smelling and also tastes quite unusual, which is because of smelly oil used to fry the eatables. Hi, I think one cannot charge more than what is written on box(MRP) but what if the MRP written is very high. Recently i brought Kaleva 3 in 1 pack for 177. I feel cheated when I open the packet. There are two 48 rs box and one 33 rs bhujiya pack which comes to a total of 129 rs then what for they are charging 177.
Similarly i brought mentos pack of 10 rs and found that there are only 18 piece in it whereas you can buy 20 (.50 each).br...
