Kalina University Complaints & Reviews

On 30th August 2022, I have submitted all my documents for the closing date and time to be mention on eligibility status so that I could get my final mark sheet of tybcom. First they told me it will get done, so I went after 15 days then they asked me to come after a week, I visited after a week then that staff took my number and said that he will call but I didn't receive any call so I went there again after a week now he was telling that...

Do anybody takes action against these complaints or just simply we are putting complaints and noone bother....

I'am correspondant student of tyba from kalina mumbai university. And i'm still waiting for books i have 6 subjects i. E. 3 parts of commerce and 3 parts of sociology. 23rd nov 2017 when i went to university to collect my books i recieved only 2 books out of 6 and again i visited on 23rd dec 2017 again i recived 2 books i. E. 4 books out 6 still 2 books are pending.
And its already january and tyba exams held apporx by the month of...
