On Wednesday(16/09/2015) Airtel executive collected Rs. 250 from me as i had raised a request to convert my Prepaid Mobile number to Post-paid. At time of collection executive told me that back-end verification will be complete in next 24 hrs but passing more than 24 hrs i am not getting any verification call. So can you please heed on this issue and help me to get resolve this issue....
