I have facing same problem from KDT captcha.
Now they are saying to pay Rs.5000+3000 because according to them I have crossed the stipulation time of paying the penalty so now I have to give 3000 more because they are saying that I ignored their messages and calls relating to the penalty payment. Try to make them scare by say that we have given case against them in cyber cell department. Please take the screen shot of all the complaints and also collect the stamp papers. Stay strong
