My Kent maxx is of 3 years old. Till date I have paid twice the cost of the product for service. Now for past two months even after paying for service & spare parts my product is not working. I have been complaining the local service centre daily. They visit my place charge me for service & spare parts (I have all the bills) and leave the product unresolved. As monopoly services rule, they are very rude to the customers especially the franchiser...
