Balance ticket fair not returned by conductor - reg

Today I traveled in Kerala State road transport corporation, bus route no RSC 717, Kottarakkra Depot bus, vide ticket no 196696 dt 17.08.2015 at 04:46:15 AM from Palakkad KSRCT Stand to Coimbatore Gandhipuram, I had given Rs 50/- fifty to conductor for ticket fair of Rs 47/-, the balance of Rs 3/- he didn't returned, while asking he told no change, against i asked during get-down, he scolded like any thing. This complaint is registering, for refund of my balance Rs 3/-, and department has to instruct the particular conductor not to behave like animals.

Refund of ticket price not initiated
I booked a bus ticket online at keralartc.in. It was a calicut to bengaluru ticket booked on 09/06/2015 scheduled for 11/06/2015. The scheduled bus was cancelled and the travellers were intimated to travel on another bus. Tickets were collected separately from them. But, the cost of the ticket booked online has not been refunded yet. The PNR for the same is: K672894

Rude behaviour of conductor

Dear sir/Madam: I am manzoor, a residance of ngo quarters kakkanad. I am writing this mail to request the authority for disciplinary action against the conductor responsible for the trip from tripunithura to kakkanad, date of journey : 1/07/2015 f, time of departure 2.15 hrs from tripunithura railway station, Class of service : ksrtc ordinary, bus under aluva depo . My ticket no 00143504. I was travelling on a casual visit to kakkanad, the bus conductor charged rs 10, and i give him 20 rs . when I asked the balance amount to the driver he started using abusive language in malayalam and tried to mock at us in the presence of other passengers. I have noticed his rude behaviour from the time I first board the bus. I could also realize that being a state govt. Employee he has shown and spoke the words of proud that no one can do anything to him. I question the authority of ksrtc is this the way a conductor and a driver should behave with passengers. And loot the money from the passenger it is like block ticket buying from the cinema theater, or ksrtc will not pay them a salary that's y they are looting a extra money from passengers . Is it a way ksrtc should service the general public. I hope the authority would take a disciplinary action against the two, otherwise I have to report this incident to higher forum may be at minister level ( transportation minister of kerala), it has hurt my personal feelings, my qualification and respect, I cannot forgive this incident and the two unless a disciplinary action is taken against them- I am very serious about this incident. I hope to hear from the authority at the earliest. and i also attached images of my bus ticket

Trip cancelled not announced even after repeated enquiry at Ernakulam ksrtc bus depot

Sir,
I have book a ticket to mysuru from Ernakulam for the date 30.05.2015 through E-ticket facility provided by KSRTC (Kerala) on 28.05.2015 and got E-ticket voucher boarding point as Ernakulam bus stand Departure time at 22:110 Hrs. as per the instructions i reached the Ernakulam bus stand at 21:30 and inquired at information center about the status of 22:10 AC Volvo multi axel bus.The official at duty on 30.05.2015 night told me that the bus is delayed due to traffic and we need to wait for the bus .We all passengers wove to bus waited till 01:00 O clock 31.05.2015 meanwhile in a 30 minutes interval we asked the information center about the status of the bus, all the time official told us to wait me waited for the bus because ii need to reach at mysuru on 31.05.2015 to attend a training section conducted by Dept of Post. At 1:00 31.05.2015 Hr when i asked the officer he told me that the bus is cancelled and you will get amount back in your bank account. He simple stated that without a prior announcement or any other alternative arrangements .the officer could have informed me when i inquired about the bus.
As myself residing at Adimali (Idukki) which is aroud 70 KM away from Ernakulam, the bus cancellation at mid night without any prior information and other alternative arrangements really put me in vain . If the officer at information center would informed the cancellation earlier myself can even take other super deluxe air bus meanwhile.
Because of this i had to took an lodge at Ernakulam in the midnight and i missed the training section in time.
So kindly consider my complaint and do need full.

DELAY AT KAYAMKULAM

Sir,
I am a regular commuter between Oachira and Aleppey.Today-11.09.2014 I got a bus from Oachira which is coming from Karunagappally and going to Alleppey..Igot the ticket at 09.03.09 in the morning.When it reached kayamkulam the driver and conductor went out and came to the bus after 15 minutes without sayiong anything to the passengers.
The stop at kayamkulam for every bus at anytime is horrible.People says that there is some illegal relation between the canteen owner and the staff of the bus.The staff of the bus starting from karunagappally 9 am can have breakfast from karunagappally itself.
Request you to look into the matter and take steps to park buses at kayamkulam at the time of people taking there food only.

MISBEHAVIOR
I am the passenger of KSRTC Kothamangalam depot fast passenger ( FP ) bus running between kothamangalam and kottayam on 18.09.2013 evening. I started journey at Muvattupuzha KSRTC bus stand and take ticket to Ettumanoor (RS 34). I told the conductor I want to alight at pattithanam church bus stop so as the time is around 7 p.m . And there is stop for fast passenger at pattithanam church. The conductor angry told it is Fast pasenger and there is no stop for there, and if I want to alight there you should catch ordinary bus.

All the public including me who were suppose to go towards Ranny route and beyond waited in the Pathanamthitta KSRTC bus stand for 1 hour from 7pm -8pm on 13/08/2011 still we were not able to get a bus. The KSRTC staff were least bothered about the matter because they didnt had any problem, problem was for us.
I being a victim for this case kindly request you to take some serious action against this matter.
