Kerovit bad customer service : asking money to solve problem.

Bought two toilet seats from kerovit jagatpuri, was assuredv10 years warranty, on installation found out that the seat is leaking, well it was replaced . Another seat has overflowing of water from its tank, filed complaint few times, no one has arrived its been almost 2 weeks ' i got a call from there representative and is asking money to visit, after i said lets talk to the manager and here he said no 'problem, i ca calll him for you, after this he said he will be coming but still no body.

Brought 2 kerovit where one seat is leaking from the day one, one More water tank lid is broken, but on continuous ask they say we don't get the lid, company doesn't suppy only extra parts One of the worst company in my career

I am fed up with the product which I bought from N.I.T-5, Faridabad-121001.
The services of your company are very bad.
I will give this company a big ZERO in After-Sale Services.
My product is an English pot which is very bad that it doesn't get clean even after flashing it multiple times.
No action has been taken from your end till now and its already been 3 months that I complained on call.
I have called Mr. Manish multiple times and he always tells that someone will come tomorrow and till now no one has come.
Just waiting to file a complaint against this company as the shopkeeper told me that You are getting 10 Years warranty and its only 4 months old product and it was defective from the beginning only.
I want this product to be replaced as soon as possible else I will definitely sue this company.

kerovit single unit toilet I bought two numbers. Flushing is not efficient. do not get cleaned even with multiple flush. I think they have copied the design. Suction of the flush is not working efficiently. Do not buy this

Worst experience and poor after sales and service from Kerovit. I had procured kerovit sanitary wares and CP fittings/ faucets from kerovit in Bhopal of about 1.25 lakhs. At the beginning, I was happy, as dealer (khadelwal) extended his best possible help. Just after one month, I had have to dismantle bathroom fitting for some repair work. Things became worse, when my plumber tried to fix those fittings again and found there washers were broken, rubber washers of water closet got damaged and above all neither customers care people were able to arrange it nor it was available in market. Infact, dealer as well as kerovit team surrendered their hands as they could not arrange accessories and stopped picking calls. Customers spends more because of the products quality and after sales and services, but kerovit failed in every aspect. The helpline number of Kerovit was not working and they didn't bothered enough to respond for emails.

Very very poor service.

No action has been taken from your end till now and its already been 2 months that I complained on call. Seat cover warranty is 2year but I will call kerovit they told me broken product is not on warranty then I tell plz change a cover I will pay for this but my complain is not solver after this .

We have purchased and installed two in number KEROVIT 3016 EWC MATEO SIPHONIC ONE PIECE TOILET SEATS from COCHIN SANITARY WARES, PONKUNNAM, KERALA in OCTOBER 2020.

After usage, when flushed, sewage in the commode bowl DOES NOT get discharged out. Multiple flushing SOMETIMES clear the bowl. Generally, push cup plunger is required to be used to clear the bowl.

It appears that the bowl, the flushing water flow ducts as well as the dimensions of the discharge openings are NOT DESIGNED TO SUIT INDIAN CONDITIONS.

We are forced to replace the toilet seats to avoid further inconvenience and embarrassment to our family members and guests.

We request KAJARIA to STOP making and marketing of KVT 3016 toilet seats and refund the cost of items purchased by us .

Suitable instructions may please be issued to your distributors COCHIN SANITARY WARES, 20th MILE, K K ROAD, PONKUNNAM, quoting Item No.1 of their invoice No. PKB 5342 dated[protected].
