I ordered laptop table on 07/12/2020 but still I didn't receive the product...

I had ordered from kidoxi a multi-purpose table on 8/12/2020 they just gave me confirmation for order after that no update about the order even after I mailed them there was no response and also the product has not been delivered yet please look into tha matter as this can cause many frauds... nd now when I am trying to go on the website it's not showing nything...

I have also ordered tent on 11th of December...and till date I have not received rent...
Paid full amount...
This is online fraud website and it is not opening also...
Action should be taken on them...

Payment has deducted from the account but the order for laptop foldable table still not received. There is no contact number or customer care number for kidioxii, neither they have official site on internet....
