Got my Classic350 serviced(7440kms) at Kings Auto Riders.

General Paid service
Swing arm change
Chain Sprocket change
Rear brake pads change
Front Right Indicator Change

While paying bill came to know about Oil Pump O-rings changed.
Problems
1. Engine making noises, called service center and they picked up bike for repairs and recheck. Returned after 2days...

I bought a bike from king autoriders, I went for second service on 11-Apr-2017. I handed over my bike around 10:30 AM and supervisor informed me that it will be ready by 11:30 AM. I told that I will be collecting at 2:30 PM.

I went to collect my bike at 2:30 and got shocked that bike was still lying in waiting area. I checked with him but didn't got any answer. It was compete mess that none of the staff is aware about it.br...

I brought a bike from kings automobile showroomm, baner, pune
They asked me for 3 year insurance money and i gave them. Now they given insurance of only 1 year. And said they will refund extra amount wh8ch is 13140 but it will be a loss of 20000 for me as if we take insurance renew for one year it will cost around 10000.

They do a fraud to many customers but due to lack of information people dont complain about them....

I have done my 4th service of Bullet 350 STD from king autoriders, Baner, Pune on 11th December 2015. but after couple of days I have noticed that the one of the footrest is loose, and there is push rod sound in my engine which didn't taken care by the service man. and also there is no pickup in my bike. I have complained the same to service station mentioned above but they didn't took it seriously and also not attending me properly. is...

I have purchased an Electra from Kings Autoriders Baner, Pune, however, I have not received the RC\TC, not even the registration number of the bike. I have made payment i full cash. The response form the dealer is very poor, every time I have to make a call and check with them, I don't get any reply from them or any call upfront....
