I tried many times to update my email and contact in the office of klj, but it's not still updated. So I am unable to receive my electricity Bill and other information. Your service is very poor. Please improve it . And send my electricity Bill.

Hi friends, I brought 2 BHK flat in KLJ platinum plus phase-1, D2 -Tower. as per builder buyer agreement.if builder is unable to give possion in 30 month and grace period 6 month then he has to pay @5 per sqf compensation to every customer, but now completely disagree, klj people are not given 14 month compensation to us, Please let me know how we can go to consumer court OR is there another way ??? any advice /thought / suggestions ----??????,...

Hi friends,
I brought 2 BHK flat in KLJ platinum plus phase-1, D2 -Tower. Builder commited possession date expired, as per agreement, builder should pay Rs 5 per square feet as compensation to consumer per month.
Now i received Rs 10000/ demand from KLJ side, due to increased in taxes. then i request them please adjust your demand in compensation amount but they are not agree.
I request to all KLJ buyers Please come together and...

non sanctioned plan yet demand for payment above booking amount
Two of my colleagues and myself had deposited the booking amount for platinum floors of KLJ Townplanners Td in July'2009. Two months after this we were informed by the company that they can only provide us third floor flats though we had applied for first floor flats in KLJ platinum Floors. So we were convinced to shift to KLJ platinum Plus. We were also told by representative of KLJ that they will start construction by Dec'2009....
