We bought sony bravia 55" television and for exchange we did mention them about the crack on our screen bt they mentioned a dead tv in thier invoice. As being customer we are unaware about the terms they use. We have purchased AC from Kohinoor Electronics (Dadar) Order No. ORD2015009 on 23rd May, 2015. We have done the whole payment on the same day itself and we were told that the delivery will be made on 26/05/2015. I purchased a L.G split AC from Kohinoor Ghodbunder Road showroom on June 3rd of this year.
