My parcel is held up at kolkata lcao from 11 june 2018. Kindly dispatch the same as soon as possible. I am trying to call the india post customer care as well but no representative is responding. I visited my local post office and they said that since it's international parcel it might have been held by the customs. Please dispatch it as soon as possible as it is a gift for my family member
