I booked buses at komal bus service for my trip to north. They took the advance of 1 lakh rupees but didn't pay the drivers and the drivers would not move until they received the payment. I had to pay the extra 1 lakh so that they moved ahead and the agent has still not returned my money. I paid 1 lakh extra than what was decided. Enough proof available.
