I paid konami in the mobile game pes 2020 rs. 249 for 310 cub coins through a upi app called phonepe. They charged the money but i did not receive the club coins. This is the second time such a thing is happening to me consecutively. Please handle the issue with immediate effect. I am losing my cash. I paid the cash on[protected] that is today at around 4:15 pm. Im attaching the proof hereby. Please do the necessary. Please refund my money....

I purchased 300 club coins for 249 rupees. I paid using bhim upi aka phonepe. The money got deducted from my account. I did not receive the coins for which i was charged. Please take immediate action on this. Please refund my money or provide the clubcoins. Konami shouldnt be doing this. Please take immediate action.

I have purchase 300 club coins from pes 2020 mobile for ₹79, but the transaction failed due to an error that occurred in the transaction process and i haven't got the coins yet. So kindly credit me the amount that has been debited from my account at the earliest. This is the first time i am reporting such an issue from the pes team regarding the transfer issues. So i hope not to lose trust on them....

I paid 249 rupees for 300 club coins but i didn't receive the club coins. On 24th nov 2019 i tried purchasing 300 club coins on pes mobile 2020, in which 10 coins is free, so total of 310 club coins. I paid using bhim upi. The transaction was completed. But i didn't receive a single club coin. This fraud should be stopped. So pls take action or atleast refund the money...

This email is in reference to my konami pes 2018 purchase of 1050 gold coins for inr 799.

I have made purchase against 1050 gold coins and money has been deducted from my account, however i haven't received 1050 gold coins for my purchase.

Please look into this issue in order to provide me my gold coins or please provide me my refund back.

This is frustrating and unprofessional...

I have made payment of rs 250 (300 myclub coins) in the game pes pro evolution soccer and got deducted from account but i did not receive the coins or refund from konami. They told to sent google order history as proof but i can't find the purchase there too. The money got deducted from bank and didn't recieve myclub coins in-game. Cant find purchase history in-game history also.
