I had hired a full time maid from kumar personnel bureau, b-219, 2nd floor, lajpat nagar-1, delhi after paying one year commission to them with the condition that in case we are not satisfied with the maid, they will provide the replacement within 3-4 days. The maid left the work after 20 days for some silly reasons. The agency could not provide with the replacement even after a month of constant calling. It has been more than 9 months now...

Np refund of commission by the maid placement agency
On Feb 3, 2008 Kumar personnel bureau took an advance of Rs. 2000 as commission for provision of a full-time maid. They sent a maid on 15th Feb 2008 and took another Rs. 5000 from me as balance for their commission. As per the contract if their candidate leaves my house or I am not satisfied with the candidate they sent they were supposed to provide me with a total of three replacements in a year.
