I have ordered a saree. But received an entirely different one. I couldn't find any contact number to them. Sent an email regrading refund. But there was no response....

Very low quality...

We got product from site but everything is wrong with product.no quality, no color which we order.I am very disappointed from product.

Even more disappointed is they don't provide then number and only mentioned mail. We did mail but they didn't reply.

Only fake refund policy they have....

The fabric which I have received is not as per the photo in advertisement... worst quality...after delivery they are not responding...

I ordered silk but received very low quality saree plz, return this sare...

One saree is majorly torn and the quality of the saree is very low. Not worth the price.
No option to return it.

Please help to return and get refund...

We order litich silk Saree but they deliver cotton Saree design, colour totally saree is different what shown in online...

Delivered product and ordered product are quite opposite material. Worst quality saree I received for Rs.1000. Kindly acknowledge and do some favor....

I purchased a designer silk saree of rate rs.950 but I was a delivered a wrong saree. It was a normal synthetic saree of price may be 300. The only way to contact them is through e.ail. I have raised the concern via email but there is no response....

I have ordered a litchi silk saree from your site. Product code is KDLSLK701. In the product description it is shown that product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lightning sources or your monitor settings. But the color of the actual saree and the material of the saree I have received is too much different from the photo. Material mentioned in the description is litchi silk but the actual material of saree received is nit litchi...

I have orderd one sareer from your Kundalsilk . But they have deliver wrong product or saree also quality of it is worst. First time i have order and getting such kind of experience . I had also asked for refunding money but no reply yet. Its been one week now. On product they have given number which incoming service is DND.
