I purchased a multicolor designer rayon cotton kurti - 1 no @ 999/- (Order no. Rl 26343). But i got a wrong product (Code no.[protected]. Payment already made by cash on delivery of rs. 1059/- on 04.05.2018. So i want to exchange the product and give the original purchased product or refund the amount. I ordered from Ladybeautique.in site with 2 products. Made the payment through online itself. One product cost rs.1189 while the other was rs.1269 so the subtotal went to Rs.2518 with an addition of Shipping charges of rs.60.

I received the confirmation mail from the site as well but never receieved the product.No tracking details were available and the 1 contact number available on their site was never picked up by.

Initially i was v glad to find a sitter where i can buy boutique material dress however now i am so disappointed because of their delivery services as well as the product they have delivered. I paid rs2573 for 3 products and i received only 2 and the two which i received was not i ordered. They are totally different n so cheap. I should have realized initially when they were not giving me other payment option and my order got submitted automatically....

Www.ladybeautique.in or lajofabrics.com both are 100% fraud companies they are making fool of customer. They always send wrong/cheap product and after delivery of product they do not reply to call and emails for refund/replacement. So to teach them a lesson do one thing order any product from their website and choose cash on delivery mode and when product reached to simply say no/don't receive the product in that way at-least they will lose...

I ordered 2 dress materials on the website ladybeautique.in and selected the cash on delivery option. Once the package reached me, i paid by cash and on opening the package i found that the items were different!
They had given a contact number on their website which is either engaged or not attended.. Also i have dropped them mails asking for a refund but they don't reply.

I received my order 24/03/2918. When i opened the packet i saw i get wrong products blue colour. Even size also so short and even they used different colour on front and rear side. I tried to call but not respond. I really want your help to get my money back....

I order a saree but they delivered a dress piece and its a poor quality product.. It was cod. Now i can see so many complains about this lady beautique online store. I have paid rs - 1349.

Any higher authority checking these messages please action against this fraud. I have also emailed them as per return and return policy but there is no reply from them....

I ordered one cream colour anarkali suit but delivered a wrong one. Which was of worst quality and not fit to use. I paid rs1359 on cod for the same.
