Landline telephone Complaints & Reviews

My Land line telephone No.[protected] situated in Village Mandhol near Baijnath Himachal under SDO/T Baijnath within Himachal circle of BSNL is faulty since 12/02/2013 and complaint was lodged to computerized complaint cell
Dharamsala vide complaint ID [protected] on the same day. Despite several complaints to the AGM Shimla through E/mails and personal contacts with the concerned officers no heed is being paid. I am at a loss to understand...

This is for you kind information that our land line telephone is not working for the last 15 days, we have complained thrice, they have also give us a docket no,but there is no reply from the bsnl department, in spite of this repeated complains the telephone department did not even bother to take any necessary action in this regard, it is very much shameful to us as my father is a 75 year old senior citizen and he himself...

My telephone no is[protected] which is remained out of order since March'2011.Initially It is thought that it's a board's problem & waited for 10-12 days.Then raised complain.But the cable fault repairing job as informed by complain section is not carried out till date.To cater best service,Due to yhis problem,self compelled to acquire one BSNL post paid mobile 725plan (no-[protected]).

landline telephone line faulty and dead for the last 5 days...

The above mentioned phone no. is in the name of J.M.Agarwal, which is not working for last four days.Please repair either phone line or telephone set.
