I have purchased Le eco phone last year and withing 6 months it got multiple issues
have given phone for repair for which i have received recepit and asked to conatct after 1 month
When contacted they have asked to wait for some more time and now its almost 6 month have not received any feedback and phone is still with them

Purchase ammount of phone was 12000/- and this is really not acceptablebr...

In last one year, similar issue has been reported trice & every time, with some correction, returned to me. After 1-2 month of every repair, mobile started misbehaving.

This time, service center identified as motherboard faulty & send to le-eco for the same. It almost 1 & half month over, i am still waiting for the solution. My mobile is still @ service center. When contacted them, they are not giving any firm time & blaming...

I purchased a le eco 1s (Le x509) mobile from flipkart on july 16, 2016 via order no : od[protected].

The phone worked fine till now but since the last 4 days, the speakers have stopped working. It not even ringing once called.
I have tried with various media files, sound settings are ok.

I tried contacting 2 service centres listed in the le eco site for ghaziabad and both said that they are not...

I purchased LE ECO max in first day of its launch from flipkart 16/2/2016. And I am very dissatisfied, after 7 month I started facing rear camera focus problem and there after I immediately given it for repair at Tecbiz, Vashi, Navi Mumbai service center. My job no is[protected]. How a process can takes 2.5 months for just repairing. I am not getting the proper response from the customer care or service center....

Hello... i'm sabita prasad... i have submitted my earphones for replacement during warranty period on 21.09.2016. & was told to get a new earphones within 10-15 days of submission... but dat 10-15 has not arrived yet... every time mr. abhijit chatterjee & his team (service center at taratala near frank ross pharmacy) saying that next week u will get it... but that next week has not come yet & now its about one &half months has elapsed......

I'm sabita prasad. i had submitted le eco 2 ear phone on 21.10.2016 for replacement... but not yet get replaced... its around one & half months... every time mr. surajit maity & team at service center at new alipore says u will get earphones next week but d nxt week has not yet been arrived... very bad behaviour & service from them... plz take action as soon as possible......

I had purchased Le Eco 1s through flipkart. I dropped my phone and the display broke. I went to the service center as they told me that they would replace my phone with a new one in 25 days at a cost of 4000rs. Its been more than 100 days now and i have not recieved my phone till now. and the service center that i gave my phone is been closed for past 20 days. The customer care guys tell me they will solve the problem...

I have bought le 2 mobile on 28th flash sale order id :[protected], but the mobile is not at all working. its has touch pad problem. its making calls on its own and opening apps on its own. sending messages also on its own.

I approached service center (silk tele services, bangalore), and from past 20 days the mobile is with them only. they are not doing anything. simply they are saying that we have software...

I aarif khan facing problem with le eco service centre. My phone display was broken accidentally. I have given my phone letv 1s to the service centre on 3rd june 2016 to change my mobile display. But they didn't fix my mobile till now.

So i go to service center and phone give to service center at
03/06/16 but my phone not come back till now. i talk to service center but he gave me always new date sir plese help me letv service canter is in sahara...

My name is chetan ram from bangalore, i purchase le eco 1s gold on 2nd feb 2016 in flipcart.

After 5months mobil found faulty as it turnout to be black blank screen and do not charge. Checked with le co service team and confirmed that phone has no power and cannot boot.

Physically phone looks good and under warranty.

Finally, service centre advised me to return back to le eco for repair or new...

In February 2016 I purchased a Le Eco S1 mobile phone through Flipkart and within three months it developed. Problem with its Audio. On 2nd June I gave the phone to the company's authorised service centre in my town. When I called the company's customer care I was told that my phone will be replaced as it is within the warranty period. But no further action has been taken by the company till date, in spite of my repeated phone calls and letter...

I have not placed any orders for the said products. How mr. Mohammed hanif placed orders with my mobile number. I am no way related to mr hanif.In case of any problem in future, i am not responsible. Pl do the needful....

I m complaining my mobile replacement on 5th may'16 at letv service center.
They are told me your mobile handset replace maximum 7 days period, after 13 day no any action and no any reminder by them.
