I bought a le eco 's phone le2 on[protected] with order id- OD[protected].
and on about[protected] a part of accessory which comes in the box stopped working its a type c to 3.5mm audio converter cable. and on that very same day i called the le eco 's customer care about that and then he told me that my product is in warranty and i should visit the nearest authorized le repair center for the solution. i asked them for the address...

"I purchased a phone from Flipkart n got earphones along with it it's been 4 and a half month now and the earphones are not working properly it is still under warranty i complaint about it but there is no proper help provided the customer care number given are shut down then I called the company to which the earphones belong and they say there is nothing they can do"...
