I had bought Leaf sonic earphones in january 2020, and than even after taking so much care of them, one side of the earphone stopped working even with gentle care .I think there was a manufacturing defect.when I registered For waranty the company demanded me more 100 rupees and I transferred them the amount.They took back the earphones in march 2020. Order no- Leaf Studios -92036, which was delivered yesterday dt:28.05.2020. I have raised the complaint on 28.05.2020. Now the Leaf Innovation Pvt Ltd asking return charges and showing return policy. Since it is product issue why should it pay return courier chargers. They have to refund me paid amount without deduction.

I never faced this type of issue in Amazon and Flipkart.

I purchased leaf sports wireless earphones on 11th of june 2019 but these earphones had a defect that it does'nt working properly, the bluetooth modem in it is not working properly whenever i put these earphones into my pocket (after connecting with my phone) then the music starts to distort and i feel disturbance during listening music and its bluetooth range is very very poor. and i am trying to contact with the company from last 6 days...
